What we collect and why
Contact form
When you send us a message, we keep your name, your e-mail address and your message, so that we can answer you and follow up on your request.
Event registrations
When you register for one of our events, we keep the details you enter in the registration form, so that we can manage your place and send you information about the event.
WhatsApp conversations
When you write to our business WhatsApp number, or we write to you, we keep your WhatsApp name, your phone number, the messages and the files exchanged, so that we can answer you and follow up on our professional relationship.
Contact details
If we have a professional relationship, we keep your name, company and contact details in our own business records.
This website
The site uses the technical cookies it needs to work and records each page view on our own server: your IP address, the approximate location derived from it (country and network provider), your browser, device and language, the page you opened, the page that brought you here, and the time. It doesn't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Legal basis
We process this data under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), on the basis of legitimate interest, of steps related to a contract or a possible contract with you or your company, and of your consent where you give it, for example when you register for an event.
Who else processes it
WhatsApp messages are carried by Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), which processes them under its own terms, including outside Brazil. Everything else is stored on our own server; the location of an IP address is looked up in a database kept on that server (IPinfo Lite), so your address is not sent to anyone. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else, and we don't use it to train artificial intelligence models.
When we use AI assistance on our own records, personal identifiers are hidden by default, and business data is sent only to AI providers we have approved for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep messages, registrations and contact details while our professional relationship is active and for as long as the law requires afterwards. Visit records, including IP addresses, have no fixed deletion date. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, to withdraw your consent, or to object to its use, through the contact form or on WhatsApp. We'll answer within 15 days.
You can also contact the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
